Shipping Policies
FREE UPS Ground or USPS Priority shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00
Delivery to U.S. States (excluding Hawaii and Canada):

Delivery to Canada:

UPS Standard cost includes all taxes and duties, customers are responsible for all taxes and duties upon receipt. UPS Standard is not available to Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut or to PO Boxes. Free shipping offer not available to these addresses. Some packages may be subject to a customs charge.

Shipping Days: Monday thru Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to BERJANGusa and assessed a $10 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the next business day..
Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 1 - 4 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 4 - 6 business days. All delivery times are estimates. BERJANGusa is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from BERJANGusa is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages on route.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day.

Returns
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through berjangusa.com/nickelskincareformen.com, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by BERJANGusa, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by BERJANGusa. Otherwise all other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
